The Job
Support the rental team leads, rental agents and property managers by carrying out leasing functions including administrative functions associated with applications, lease agreements, facilitating relocations, handling early termination of existing leases and renewing existing leases.
Apply quality assurance on applications ensuring qualifying criteria are stringently adhered to, enforcing that bad debt risk and collections are not compromised

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Matric with a tertiary qualification
- 1 year experience in leasing, administration or a relevant property related role (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of the laws governing residential leasing (advantageous)
- A track record of excellent customer service
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (advantageous)
