Administration Clerk post available: Afgri

The Administration Clerk will perform various clerical duties including some internal liaison within set parameters

Location: Grootvlei

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

  • Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

  • 3 years administration experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

  • Collect insurance claims from branches and ensure that claims are registered timeously
  • Extract credit note reports from the system and provide a weekly credit note report to the Risk Manager and Financial Manager

  • Maintain and check the completeness and accuracy of the log sheets for company vehicles
  • Capture credit notes against wholegoods warranty claims
  • Capture of John Deere stock receipts on the system
  • Ensure all vendor master data on the system

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
