Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a motivated Customer Operations Intern with a background to join their team. In this role, you will support the company operations, assisting with daily tasks and projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, updating records, processing orders, and assisting with logistics coordination and data analysis. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in customer operations providing an opportunity to develop essential skills in a dynamic environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Assist with handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Update and maintain customer records and databases
- Process orders and coordinate shipments
- Support logistics coordination and ensure timely delivery
- Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks
- Collaborate with team members on various operational and logistics projects
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed NDip/Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
