To be part of the MEIA Commercial Sales Trainee Program to learn the sales process by completing training assignments and rotation within the organization.
Below are the requirements:
- 3 years National Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Marketing
- No previous work experience and ideally newly graduated
- Energy Level, Self-Motivated, Self- Development, Motivation for Sales, Deals with uncertainty, Handles Pressure, Self- Confidence.
