Minimum Requirements
- Relevant IT engineering qualification Computer sciences, Computer systems, Information technology/certification
- Microsoft O365 or Azure qualifications preferred
- IT Helpdesk experience an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for IT and a positive attitude
- The ability to work accurately
- The ability to work under pressure
- Little to NO work experience
- 18-34 of age
- Have not taken part in the YES programme before
- Unemployed
- Resides in Cape Town or is willing to relocate to Cape Town at your own cost
Duties & Responsibilities
- Helps administer the service request queue and IT mailbox
- Installs and configures workstations
- Creates/amends/deletes user accounts
- Resolves Audio Visual equipment issues
- Resolves printing related issues
- Assists with general admin related tasks in the department
