As part of the Engineering Department the successful incumbent will be responsible for capturing job cards and other documents in line with company standards.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- A technical qualification/ course will be an advantage.
- 2 – 5 Years’ admin/ data-capturing experience in an Engineering/ Workshop environment.
- Good understanding of invoicing and Job Cards.
- Some parts store experience will be an advantage.
- On-Key system/ Pragma knowledge advantageous.
- Demonstratable computer literacy: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A willingness to work overtime, incl. on weekends when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurate data capturing.
- Opening and closing of job cards.
- Scanning documents onto File Director.
- General filing of documents within required deadline.
- Compiling Reports and taking minutes.
- Must take full responsibility in the absence of the Planner.
- Any other tasks as may be required by line manager.
