Sales Support Learnerships at Givaudan

As a member of the Commercial Team you will be responsible for management of the customer project system and following upon key actions from KAM Customer visits, secretarial, back up and admin for Commercial KAMs.

Sales Support Learner

You will be responsible for updating and maintenance of Commercial and Customer systems for Commercial and responsible forMaster Data for customers.

Co-ordinate Sales:

  • Sales Administration and support to Key Account Managers. Desk research projects to propose better ways of reaching key stakeholders in other organisations. You will be responsible for AskMe Regulatory Document requests.

  • You will be responsible for submissions of Customer Raw Material Specs via AskMe and submission of Customer Questionnaires.
  • You will beresponsible for Customer Information requests and creation of customer BR’s (Flavour

sample requests).

You will be responsible for sample shipments to customers and alert email for sample shipment.


  • You will do filing of general correspondence for the department. You will update and maintain electronic filing of documents and visit reports for customers and product information. You will manage the timeous distribution of the relevant corporate gifts tocustomers.
  • You will assist to ensure implementation of the safety system and ongoing adherence to all legislation relevant to health and safety responsibilities. You will participate in flavour training and tasting sessions.

  • You will be liaising with the relevantpersons to ensure that any actions required are taken and the followed through to completion.
  • You will be liaising with interdepartments (Regulatory, Customer Care, Technical, Pricing team and system Power-users) on a daily basis to complete tasks.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Qualifications related to Business and/or Marketing / Degrees (incl post grad) / Diploma / BA

  • Basic level of Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
