JOB PURPOSE
- Administration duties assisting the Engineering department.
- Assist Timekeepers with weekly paid staff using the Trac-Tech/UNIS system.
- Ad hoc admin duties
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Assist with the weekly hours that are prepared for wages including communication where needed.
- Assist that weekly hours for Viking paid staff are checked with supervisors and submitted timeously.
- Process, administer and compile leave forms for all weekly paid staff
- Assist in the process of Leave/Sick Batched for wage office.
- Balance Clocking’s and Manual Timekeeping
- Monthly Time Register monitoring
- Assist in capture working hours correctly when needed.
- Assist in workshop labour processes (including but not limited in checking clocked hours against what was booked on timesheets)
- Assist in all ad hoc duties pertaining to labour recoveries.
- Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in administration
- High level of computer literacy (Excel) is preferred.
- Work experience in an industry-related field recommended.
- Experience in Trac-Tech/UNIS system
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent administration and communication skills
