Administrator post available at Truworths
Truworths is currently looking for someone who has a high attention to detail, good and friendly communication skills as dealing with stores, designers, suppliers and customers. Level of numeracy as loading invoices for payment, and pulling quality reports.
Proven intermediate Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
QUALITY
- Close liaison with YDE Stock Administrator, identifying possible quality concerns
- Meeting regularly with YDE Quality Assurance Technologist on quality concerns
- Compiling monthly quality reports
- Updating the YDE quality guidelines
- Actioning recalls with Designers
- Monthly store visits – checking quality with YDE Quality Controller Technologist
IMPORTS / CARE LABELLING
- Approve imports based on YDE criteria
- Monitor the import units and deliveries
- Ensure all fur is faux fur
- Do weekly care labelling store visits to ensure Designers are compliant with regulations
ONLINE IMAGES
- Prep stock for online shooting and ensure stock is taken to the Marketing Online Studio
- Checking the quality of images on the website
MARKETING
- Checks in and packs up shoot products
- Assist with preparation on YDE shoots
STORES
- Assists with any Designer concerns – Merchandising, unpacking of stock, etc.
- Assisting YDE Manager on any store related queries
- Update store plans with space changes
DESIGNER INSURANCE CLAIMS
- Act as the liaison between the Designer and the insurance Company
- Ensure the completion of necessary forms, and the follow up there-of
- Ensure a successful claim and payment process
SUPPLIER PAYMENTS
- Check and reconcile supplier invoices
- Load supplier invoices for payment on the payment system
- Follow up on invoices not received and manage payment queries
CUSTOMER QUERIES
- Handles all customer queries escalated by stores
- Assists Credit Services with any customer queries
AD HOC
- Petty cash claims for Head Office
- Assists with the follow up of Designer contracts, and engage with the Legal Department as and when required
- Act as a support role to the YDE Designer and Marketing Co-ordinator
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Matric
- 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Computer Literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Sound level of numeracy
- Good communication skills – Both verbal and written
