Requirements
- National Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent Technical Certificate
- Up to 2 years relevant experience relating to Horticulture
environment - Project Management experience would be advantageous
- Computer Literacy (MS Office & SAP)
- Code B/EB Driver’s License
- Physically Fit
Note: Applicant must be able to work in all weather conditions
Key Performance Areas
- To provide operational, horticultural and project support to the Area
Manager; - Manage capital, operational, Ward Allocations, URP and other
projects.
- Coordinate and provide input in tenders for projects (capital &
maintenance), are developed - Performs specific administrative tasks / activities
- Collating information from inspections and contractual
documentation for inclusion into management reports - Co-ordinates the maintenance, utilization and control of all fixed
and movable
- Maintaining the safety standards of all assets
- Supports business re-engineering processes
- Making recommendations for improvement to management
- Attending to complex complaints / requests / queries
- Making recommendation & Ensuring that the complaint / request is
closed on SAP
