Job Description
- Trade Route Management to take place within the region on a weekly basis, where the candidate participates in route riding.
- Candidate must ensure that returns management is adhered to daily.
- Driver performance interviews must take place on a weekly basis .
- Create great customer service and satisfaction daily to build good customer relationships.
- Communication and interdepartmental synergy is key.
- See to the weekly Invocoms with the Salesman and Salesman Assistants to inform the team about the business and to address any issues on the routes.
- Give a weekly feedback or report to the Depot Manager regarding what is happening in his/her area.
Qualification Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Sales/Marketing Degree or Diploma will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- 3 – 4 years sales experience within a FMCG or similar environment.

- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per business needs
