Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring a quality product is produced
- Practical work exposure in Quality Management
- Audits
- Technical Support/Trouble shooting
- On the job training in food quality and safety
- Supporting of critical projects interdependent on all food science and quality assurance aspects of manufacturing
- Interns are provided with relevant training and monitoring.
- Providing formal and informal guidance

Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology (final year)

- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays as per shift roster
