Marvel Placement Consultants is seeking an honest and positive individual to join their client’s team as a receptionist. This role is vital to the administrative functions of HR, Medico-Legal, and Financial Services Consulting firm, located in Centurion, near the R21. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Beneficial: Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
  • 2+ Years in a similar position.
  • Own Vehicle and Valid Driver’s License.
  • Technical: MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Visitor and Client Management: Warmly greet and assist visitors, and clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and promptly informing relevant company personnel of their arrival.

  • Telephone Management: Professionally handle incoming phone calls by answering, assisting, and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and accurately relaying messages when necessary.
  • Liaison with Industrial Psychologists: Facilitate effective communication with our team of Industrial Psychologists, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless information flow.

  • Claimant Coordination: Manage and coordinate activities related to claimants, ensuring all necessary documentation and communication are handled efficiently.
  • Office Administration: Perform general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and providing support for administrative projects and tasks as needed.
