Apply for 2024 Mars Graduate Programme: Supply Chain (2 Year Contract)

This role is a great opportunity to work closely with the supply planning, commercial & warehouse teams to get a broad understand of the end-to-end supply chain process. The purpose of this role is to support the current role of the inbound, outbound and factory schedular as well as support specific duties related to supply planning where possible

What are we looking for?

  • Degree/Diploma in supply chain/industrial engineering
  • 6 months -24 months experience of demonstrated success in Supply Chain/Logistics or procurement
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritization
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation

  • Sound interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
  • Computer skills – Excel, experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred experience within FMCG
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.  

What will be your key responsibilities?

Factory Scheduling

  • Prepare and distribute ATS for the factory weekly
  • Daily rescheduling (in excel) as the schedule changes to ascertain capacity needs

  • Manage process orders (open, close, update as the schedule changes)
  • Attend standard meetings/connection points for any escalations
  • Prepare data for supply planner for weekly connection points (ATP report, deviation tracker)
  • Distribute ATP report daily and weekly to relevant stakeholders
  • Daily factory walks (WIP inspection/FG stock)

Outbound Scheduling

  • Daily updates of replenishment report to maintain targeted days cover at 3PLs
  • Daily creation of loads for the warehouse to pick and load as stock becomes available.
