Epiroc AB is currently holding a vacant post for a Branch Administrator based in Krugersdorp, Gauteng

Closing date: Ongoing

Location: Krugersdorp, Gauteng

The role     

  • Accurate order processing, invoicing, and time-keeping schedules.
  • Performs various clerical office tasks including maintaining files, records, scheduling, compiling data, investigating information, processing documents, posting records, and typing correspondence and reports from drafts.

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including using a scale to determine appropriate postage/shipping method.
  • Respond to customer concerns by providing follow-up and feedback on task performance.
  • Site reports, daily, weekly, and monthly as required.
  • Breakdown and call out cost recovery.

  • All admin and filing in the office.
  • Client enquiries and problem-solving.
  • Keep customers updated on delivery timelines and prioritize any pending orders for faster processing.
  • Liaising with all customers to keep good relations in good order.
  • All admin-related duties where my assistance is required.
  • Site stationery and groceries orders


Competences, skills and experience     

  • 2 years related work experience.
  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced customer service setting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a quality brand is desirable.

  • Responsible, accountable and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms. Word, PowerPoint Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills. 
  • Prominent organization and presentation skills.

  • Highly energetic and self-starter and self-motivator or competent.
