- Receiving and handling telephone calls and enquiries
- Relaying messages accurately and timeously
- Welcoming guests and processing computerized reservations during check-in and check-out
- Raising additional charges incurred by guests
- Collecting outstanding payments according to company policy
- Informing guests about camp facilities and promoting available activities
- Assisting with reservation amendments and special requests
- Coordinating guest requests and resolving complaints efficiently
- Performing general administrative duties at reception
- Adhering to company dress code and operational protocols

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent qualification
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Room Seeker will be an added advantage
- Previous front office experience
- Proficiency in English
