- Work in contexts with obstructed or repressed civic space
- Be actively engaged in democracy or civic space issues
- Have some experience using digital tools for advocacy or organising
- Demonstrate ability to manage grant funding and commit staff time
- Be able to work and submit deliverables in English
Local offices of Global North-based organisations are not eligible.
