Additional responsibilities include general office administration, providing ad hoc information for valuations and due diligence processes, and assisting with reporting requirements. The candidate may also be required to serve as a stand-in for the Centre and Operations Manager during periods of leave, demonstrating the importance of reliability and organizational skills.

The role further requires being on standby during weekends on a rotational basis, reflecting the operational nature of shopping centre management. This ensures continuity of administrative support and responsiveness to urgent matters.

Required Experience and Skills

Applicants must hold a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent, along with at least two years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role. Strong communication and telephone skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
