What Is the UPG Sustainability Leadership Programme?
The UPG Sustainability Leadership Programme is a transformative global initiative designed to train, mentor, and support young leaders who are passionate about sustainability. The programme blends online learning, community-based action, and real-world leadership experiences to help participants drive measurable impact.
At its heart, the programme believes that ordinary citizens can create extraordinary change — and that sustainability becomes achievable when individuals are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and global network.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to young adults aged 18–35, from every world region. Unlike traditional leadership programmes, UPG does not require academic or professional experience. Instead, selection is based on:
