🎯 Purpose of the Consultancy
Under the supervision of the Corporate Alliances Manager, and in close collaboration with the B2C for RR Taskforce, the consultant will play a central role in developing a knowledge product — a comprehensive guidance document aimed at empowering frontline fundraisers to establish and strengthen partnerships with Business-to-Consumer (B2C) companies.
The consultant’s work will be instrumental in revitalizing UNICEF’s engagement with consumer-facing companies, unlocking new sources of sustainable and flexible funding that advance UNICEF’s mission for children.
This assignment also includes creating training materials to enhance fundraisers’ understanding of consumer engagement, marketing strategies, and partnership-building principles.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for the following core areas:
📝 1. Guidance Note Development
Develop and finalize a B2C for RR Guidance Note to serve as a roadmap for fundraisers partnering with B2C companies. The document will detail best practices, strategic frameworks, and actionable insights.
💬 2. Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback
Maintain regular engagement with UNICEF’s internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and alignment during the drafting process.
📚 3. Compilation, Review, and Publication
