  • Monitoring departmental support mailboxes in staff absence
  • Forwarding quotation requests and important emails to relevant personnel

Sales Administration

  • Preparing quotations, RFQs, and tenders using GP calculators
  • Ensuring all submissions meet deadlines and quality requirements
  • Updating customer and supplier databases, price lists, and contact records

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintaining databases of tenders and quotations
  • Calculating conversion rates for reporting
  • Extracting SAP data for monthly departmental reports

Event and Client Engagement Support

  • Participating in in-house workshops, departmental events, and training
  • Assisting with academic days, congresses, and product launches
  • Coordinating customer satisfaction surveys
  • Supporting customer enquiries, complaints, and order/tender follow-ups

Medikredit and Regulatory Tasks
