About the Role

What the Freelance Creative Professionals Will Do
The selected designers and content creators will collaborate closely with the Communications team to produce a variety of engaging materials. Tasks include:
- Designing layouts for program reports, websites, and social media graphics
- Creating promotional videos, animated explainers, and infographics
- Developing content such as program guides, brand templates, and data visualizations
- Contributing to visual identity projects and web/UI designs
All work will be project-based, with flexible hours that fluctuate each month, allowing professionals to balance their other commitments. CLEAR Global provides access to organizational Canva and Adobe Creative Suite accounts, facilitating seamless project development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The organization is particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
- Video editing and motion graphics
- Illustration and visual storytelling
- Layout design for print and digital media
- UX/UI design and web visuals
- Brand identity and graphic design
- Data visualization skills
Priority will be given to applicants who can speak and work in marginalized languages, especially those familiar with right-to-left or top-to-bottom scripts, as well as left-to-right languages.
