The Role: Personal Assistant to the National Representative
Reporting directly to the National Representative, the Personal Assistant will serve as a vital support system, managing a broad spectrum of administrative and communication functions. The PA will ensure smooth daily operations, facilitate effective information flow, uphold confidentiality, and coordinate logistics and protocol activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the National Representative’s schedule, appointments, and commitments.
- Handling correspondence—drafting, proofreading, translating, and prioritizing incoming and outgoing communication.
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Making travel arrangements, processing travel requests, and managing related documentation.
- Supporting internal and external communication efforts, including dissemination of information, event coordination, and media engagement.
- Accompanying the Representative at public speaking events, ensuring media coverage and distribution of relevant materials.
- Supervising and coordinating driver activities and transportation needs.
- Preparing presentation materials, reports, and information packages.
- Performing secretarial activities, including managing phone calls, correspondence, and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or

- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Google applications).
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
