Position Overview
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking a highly motivated Engagement Analyst to support its Taskforce on Inequality and Social-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD). This full-time, home-based role is designed for a dedicated professional with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills. The Engagement Analyst will work closely under the guidance of the TISFD Secretariat’s Executive Director to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate outreach and onboarding processes, manage event planning, and support operational activities to enhance the Taskforce’s impact.

Key Responsibilities
Building and Strengthening Relationships
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries from current and prospective TISFD Alliance members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to expand and deepen engagement within the TISFD Alliance.
- Track and organize incoming applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Contribute to the review process by identifying strong applicants, processing their submissions, and facilitating onboarding.
- Ensure new members feel welcomed, informed, and integrated into the network.
Stakeholder Management Systems
- Set up and maintain a streamlined contact management system using HubSpot CRM.
- Keep the stakeholder database current, including Alliance members and partners.
- Use insights from the CRM to monitor engagement levels, inform communication strategies, and identify follow-up opportunities.
- Manage contact lists and outreach campaigns via Mailchimp, including newsletters and updates on TISFD activities.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person TISFD events, including scheduling, technical setup, and coordination with speakers and partners.
- Manage RSVPs, prepare event agendas, and follow up with participants.
- Track relevant data to evaluate event success and inform future outreach strategies.
Operational Support and Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct due diligence on prospective partner organizations in accordance with UNDP guidelines.
- Manage the TISFD inbox, ensuring timely responses to correspondence.
- Draft newsletters and communication materials to keep the community informed about ongoing activities, opportunities, and key updates.
- Collaborate with the Secretariat team to develop materials for social media, branding, and stakeholder communications.
- Take clear minutes during meetings and summarize key points for internal follow-up.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and project insights to support continuous improvement.
Institutional Framework
The Engagement Analyst will operate under the supervision of the Executive Director of the TISFD Secretariat within UNDP’s Sustainable Finance Hub. The role involves virtual collaboration with a global team, with no travel required for this position.

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder initiatives involving private sector, civil society, and government actors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.
- Experience developing newsletters, reports, and stakeholder communication materials.
- Background in sustainable development, social sciences, or related fields is advantageous.
Additional Information
- This is a home-based position with no travel required.
- UNDP will cover costs related to necessary travel outside the home-based arrangement, in accordance with its policies.
