Locations and Work Authorization

Participants will have the opportunity to work in vibrant international cities, including Geneva, Mumbai, Tokyo, and Beijing. Please note that work authorization support is available exclusively for Geneva-based roles, making this an ideal opportunity for those holding the necessary permits for Switzerland.

Programme Overview

Recognizing that early career talents are vital to innovation and progress, the WEF’s Early Careers Programme is designed to provide fresh ideas and real-world experience. It offers recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates (with up to two years of work experience) a chance to immerse themselves in the Forum’s dynamic environment, contribute meaningfully to key initiatives, and develop their skill set.

Conditions and Benefits

  • Duration: 6 months, full-time onsite employment in one of the designated offices.
  • Start Dates: Between 15 September and 15 October 2025.
  • Compensation: Monthly gross salary of CHF 4,500 (including medical allowance) or equivalent in local currencies (CNY 12,500, INR 91,666, JPY 333,333).
