Job Description
As a Customer Care Agent at Cartrack, you will become an integral part of our Customer Care department. Your primary responsibility will be to offer first call resolution to our customers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, energy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional telephonic customer service.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing first call resolution to customer inquiries, enabling a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Customer Care Agent position at Cartrack, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Completed Matric (Grade 12).
  • At least 2 years of customer care experience, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the customer service landscape.
  • Prior experience in retentions is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as they are essential for effective interaction with our customers.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
