Key Responsibilities
Lead and Support Business Development Processes
- Identify and analyze funding opportunities across governments, multilateral institutions, trusts, and foundations.
- Maintain an accurate and organized business pipeline of ongoing and upcoming opportunities to streamline efforts and focus on priorities.
Bid and Proposal Development Coordination
- Oversee bid coordination activities, ensuring high-quality proposals are developed and submitted on time.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reference materials, including boilerplate texts, capacity statements, and proposal templates that can be quickly adapted for various bids.
- Engage in proactive outreach to potential partners, drafting necessary agreements and preparing documentation to support due diligence efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—country program management, finance, technical teams, and external partners—to coordinate bid schedules and development work plans.
Programme Development and Strategy Implementation Support
- Foster relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and synergy in project execution.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential partners, competitors, and emerging thematic areas to further CGA’s mission.
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of business development strategies and program objectives.
Horizon Scanning and Opportunity Scoping
