Minimum Qualification Required
โข Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
โข A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology or related fields
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
ย ย ย Recruitment Support:
oย ย ย Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
oย ย ย Screen resumes and applications.
oย ย ย Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
oย ย ย Participate in initial interview rounds, if required.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
oย ย ย Support the onboarding process by preparing employee welcome kits and gathering necessary paperwork.
oย ย ย Ensure all new employee documentation is collected and accurately filed.
oย ย ย Assist in exit interview preparation and documentation.
ย ย ย Employee Records Management:
oย ย ย Help maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) or databases.
oย ย ย Organize and digitize physical employee files as needed.
oย ย ย Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
HR Administration:
oย ย ย Assist in administering employee benefits, including answering basic questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
oย ย ย Help with the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
oย ย ย Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
ย ย ย Compliance:
oย ย ย Assist with ensuring that the company remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
oย ย ย Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.

Other Duties:
oย ย ย Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
oย ย ย Assist with any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.
