Komatsu has an opportunity for a Finance Graduate Intern to join the Finance Department at their Head Office. The incumbent should have completed a Degree Accounting/Internal Audit/ Tax/ Compliance.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a Degree Accounting/Internal Audit/ Tax/ Compliance
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Namibian Citizen.
- No experience required (Trainee position for graduates).
- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software applications
- Exposure in a finance and accounting environment will be an added advantage.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month- end and year end closing processes.
- Help prepare financial reports, statements and analyses under the guidance of senior finance team.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with established accounting standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with various administrative tasks within the finance department.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Engage in special projects and adhoc assignments to support the finance teams objectives.
