Job Description
Coca Cola Peninsula Beverages is an independent bottling company that manufactures and distributes products of The Coca-Cola Company within the Western and Northern Cape. The job entails providing PC and User support. This includes User account and mail administration, the co-ordination of the repairs and servicing of computer equipment. With our core objective being fast and efficient PC and User support.
Throughout the role you will be required to meet key performance areas such as:
- On-site and remote End-user Support (all applications and printers)
- PC Support (hardware, software, and connectivity)
- Co-ordinate repairs, servicing of Computer Equipment and software maintenance
- Documentation creation, maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Virtual and physical Security
- Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Responsibilities (SHEQ)
Skills, Experience & Education
- Grade 12 Certificate with relevant industry qualifications
- Minimum of A+ and N+ certification
- Strong technical skills in – Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security and Printers
- Excellent Written & Oral communication skills in English
- Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
- Multi-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem Solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability to work autonomously
- Experience in working within a Managed Services and 3rd party Cloud Solution environment highly regarded
- Valid driver’s licence
