Job Overview
The positions will be based at Wadeville and the incumbent will report to the Senior Project Manager.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in Project Planning
- Help with drafting project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and team discussions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
- Monitoring Project Progress
- Track project deliverables and timelines using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager on the status of tasks or issues that arise.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and project logs.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports to update stakeholders on project progress.
- Assisting with Budget and Resource Allocation
- Help track expenses and budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with the project’s budget.
- Support resource allocation by ensuring team members are assigned appropriate tasks and workloads.
- Risk Management
- Assist the project manager in identifying risks or bottlenecks in the project.
- Help in documenting potential risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Support communication efforts by drafting emails, reports, or presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree in Project Management.
