- Successful completion of Apprentice level module outcomes and all theoretical learning
- Successfully complete all practical training and skills assessments
- Apply skills learnt in the workplace
- Update Apprentice Training Logbook Completion
- Update Apprentice Training Logbook Activity Completion
- Successful First Attempt of Level Test
- Successful completion of Trade Test at the end of Apprenticeship
- Meeting the objectives and requirements of the workplace as advised by manager/ mentor
- Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
- Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
- Adherence to any reasonable instruction
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualification
- N3 or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with the following subjects passed:
- Engineering Drawing
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Motor/ Diesel Trade Theory
- Computer Literacy
- Valid Driver’s license
Minimum Experience
- 0 – 1 year
