- Degree Payroll Managementย or Diploma in Full Function Payroll /Accountingย – ICBย
- Prepare and manage payroll processes ofย employees – 11 260 employeesย
- Full-function payrollย administration
- Review and calculate time sheets data and hoursย worked
- Calculate salaries, wages,
- Create and run salary sheets andย reports
- Manage, maintain and update payroll relatedย data
- Update salary sheets andย schedules
- Sage 300 payroll system
- People Resources
- Full SARS / UIF reporting including monthly and annualย returns
- EMP201 and EMP501ย submission
- Reconciliation and payments of all third-partyย payments
- Administration, reconciliation and payment of all Union and Bargaining Councilย fees
- Employment Equity recordย keeping
- Submit payroll reports toย finance
- Review reports from payrollย clerks
