Pam Golding Western Seaboard is looking for motivated Individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate with an Internationally recognized brand. The focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of renting and managing a residential property.
Closing date: 30 September 2024
Location: Sunningdale/ Parklands
Take over an existing Rental Book of R10 000 per month.

- A valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Their own laptop and cell phone
- Must be live in or very near Sunningdale/ Parklands
Key Responsibilities
- Listing / Marketing and Renting properties
- Management of properties
- Placing tenants
- Completing lease agreements and mandates
- Doing credit checks
- Inspections reports
- Handling queries
Key Competencies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong administrative, negotiation and communication skills
Education & Experience
- Matric certificate
- Knoledge of the real estate industry would be an advantage
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Microsoft Office Suite
