The Hygiene Controller shall ensure compliance with all hygiene systems and procedures during the shift and initiate and record corrective actions when deviations occur. To provide a professional, efficient, and effective cleaning service that enhances the appearance of the facility and supports a healthy environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant hygiene experience
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Practices
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the Quality Control Program
- Maintain a high level of hygiene throughout the plant during shift
- Report workers not adhering to the required standards
- Follow-up of corrective actions
- Carry out duties as described in duty sheets
- Carry out instructions given by Management regarding quality and hygiene
- Responsible for start-up requirements (dispensers, hand dryers, boot baths, pre-entrance check)
- Chemical dilution verification testing
- Ensuring good hygiene practises during the shift (correct PPE, no makeup or jewellery etc)
- Responsible for parts and tool register
