Clover has an opportunity for an HR Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis at the Port Elizabeth Branch.

Job Advert Summary
The Purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the HR department 3 days per week.
The main responsibility of this role is the filing and scanning of all documentation. The successful candidate must have an HR background or be studying towards and HR qualification. This is an entry level position suitable for a student or individual looking to gain experience in an HR environment.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)
- Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and related tasks
- Perform general office duties and administration as may be required
- Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems etc.
- Handle documentation
- Communicate with customers and employees where required
- Relieve colleagues where necessary
