Process Engineering Graduate Programme

Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer product company, focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.  Colgate sells its products in over 200 countries and territories around the world under such internationally recognized brand names as Colgate, Palmolive, Soft soap, Irish Spring, Protex, Tom’s of Maine, Sanex, Ajax, Fabuloso, Suavitel, and Hill’s Science Diet and Hill’s Prescription Diet.

During the Graduate Program, the graduate will be exposed to different core functions of Process Engineering.

It is imperative that candidates have either a university Diploma or Degree , and they should ideally have graduated by July 2024.

Candidates will need to demonstrate the following key competencies:

  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Good report writing and presentations skills
  • Ability to persuade others to change existing practices
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
  • Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations
  • Computer literacy relating to proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP & Sketches
