Your main tasks will involve supporting technical service initiatives, providing assistance under supervision of the Customer Success Manager, and ensuring smooth technical service support to SITA airline customers. - Ensure SLA with the shortest restoral times possible when supporting clients.
- Carry out incident management to internal or external customers in ensuring timely replenishment.
- Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices to deliver quality service and infrastructure operations.
- To provide the highest level of Service Operation availability ensuring Systems and Products are properly configured and maintained.
- Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs.
- Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be resolved.
- Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.
- To provide onsite support to Users during the cutover of the services.
