Job Description
We are looking for a temporary Junior IT Admin to assist with general IT duties within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a basic IT qualification, such as A+ or N+, or equivalent. The individual will be responsible for configuring hardware and software on laptops and desktops, as well as setting up desktop monitors, printers, and projectors.
Responsibilities:
– Keeping the asset database current and accurate.
– Organizing and maintaining cleanliness in storerooms.
– Managing and addressing CRM call inquiries.
– Providing initial telephony support and escalating complex issues.
Requirements:
– Basic IT qualification, such as A+ or N+, or equivalent.
– Knowledge of hardware and software configuration.
– Ability to setup desktop monitors, printers, and projectors.
– Strong troubleshooting skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
