Jendamark is Recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator

Jendamark is currently holding a vacant post for a Purchasing Administrator based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

Closing date: Ongoing
Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape

Basic Requirements:

  • Formal Tertiary education: Minimum Grade 12
  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills

Languages:

  • English – Read, write and speak (required)
  • Afrikaans – Read, write and speak (optional)
  • Drivers Licence: Code 8

Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office with a strong focus on MS Excel
  • Min 2. Years administrative experience
  • Purchasing background

Job Objectives:

  • Keeping all registers up to date.
  • Assist Purchasing with daily admin tasks and ad hock order placements
  • Maintaining a good relationship between Jendamark Automation and Suppliers.
