Fidelity Services Group is Recruiting for a Control Room Manager
The above position is vacant at the WITBANK BRANCH, reporting to the National Contracts Manager – Seriti.

Location: Emalahleni, Mpumalanga
The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate of equivalent.
- PSIRA Grade A registered and accredited.
- No Criminal Record or any pending cases.
- Own Transport to and from work – No Company Transport.
- Staff Management experience essential.
- Good Computer literacy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Power Point Presentations.
- Strong Afrikaans and English reading and writing skills.
- Must live in Witbank/Middelburg area for emergency postings.
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client with regard to security services rendered.
- Ensuring the proper feedback to client and Contracts Manager.
- Ensuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the client.
- Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Branch Management.
- Supervision of security staff and CCTV cameras.
- CCTV Monitoring and interaction with various role players.
- Daily site coverages and compliance.
- Training of staff.
