To warmly welcome visitors and effectively manage the switchboard to ensure that calls are correctly and efficiently routed and messages delivered to the right staff without delay

3.Administrative & Support FunctionQualificationsEssential:
- Grade 12
Desirable:
•Reception/ Secretarial Certificate or DiplomaExperienceEssential:
- 2-3 years experience as receptionist/switchboard operator
- 2-3 years administration experience
Desirable:
- Retail experienceKnowledge and SkillsEssential:
- Switchboard system functionality and routing/ re-routing of calls
- Basic knowledge of service options and departments within the Shoprite Group and subsidiary brands
- Internal policies and procedures
Desirable:
- HR Policies and procedures
