Human Resources

  • HR Administration:

Ensure compliance regarding Employee Personal files, Staffing Blueprint, and compilation of relevant information for new starter files.

  • Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection:

Coordinate staff recruitment & selection process in order to ensure a timely organized & comprehensive procedure is used to hire the correct caliber employee. Seamless integration of all new employees via onboarding program.

  • Information Reporting:

Extract, analyze & evaluate data to ascertain trends, anomalies & exceptions. Collates reports / reconciliations for further processing.

  • Training & Development :

Ensure employee training needs are met and relevant recording of said information.

  • Legislative Compliance:

Ensure compliance with regards to HR Legislation, 

  • Ensure adherence to Labour Legislation in terms of the Disciplinary Code, Policies, procedures

  • Inspire the Clarins Culture via the RACAP Values
  • Team Effectiveness: Acts in a conducive way to create a motivational environment for the department. Operates as a high performing cross-functional individual.

Requirements

  • South African Citizen
  • Matric Essential
  • Minimum completed 2 years of an HR degree or diploma

  • Strong organisation sills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Excel at a minimum of Intermediate level
  • Outlook, Power Point & Word required
