In this role, you will work in a fast-paced call center, where your main responsibility will be to present and sell latest tracking solutions to potential customers over the phone. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a customer-centric approach, will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and sell our tracking solutions, explaining features and benefits accurately.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
- Capture and process orders accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product and company knowledge.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and complaints effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Confident in cold calling
- Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
- Clear Criminal record
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- A strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

Working Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdayโ 8 am to 5 pm
- Tuesdays are Marathon Days โ 8 am to 8 pm with R50 provided towards lunch.
- Friday – 8 am to 3:30 pm
- You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month – 8 am to 1:00 pm
