Booking Administrator wanted at FirstRand

The role requires you to provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area.

Location: Johannesburg

Are you someone who can:

  • Confirmation of repairs for following day (Confirm correct address and contact numbers)
  • Initially call the clients and thereafter send client a reminder/confirmation SMS for the booking made.
  • Ensuring technicians have their repairs for the next day, with correct claim numbers as well as correct details on the clearance certificate (address for repairs, telephone numbers, etc.)

  • Updating TIA with booking date or feedback if on hold or client unavailable.
  • Ensuring technicians have 3 to 5 repairs per day.
  • Receiving comeback, contact client within 24 hours to make re-visit booking.
  • Receiving compliments for technicians, replying to client and forward to technician.

  • Make out excess invoices as well as pay on use invoices, attach proof of payment.
  • Doing Streamline area confirmation on TIA.
  • Receiving of clearance forms and photos, update sheet. Ensure quality check is done
  • Remove Streamline as repairer when client referred to a workshop and inform the call centre.

  • Updating of daily spreadsheet with the repairs completed for the day
  • Invoicing daily repairs, completing speed point payments report and updated the respective
  • Sheets, ensuring quality check is done
  • Ensuring quality checks for monthly sheets are done on adhoc basis

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Matric
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Fully Computer Literate
  • Experience in administration and in the insurance industry
  • Solid understanding of internal processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of reports and stats (excel)
