Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
Recommendation
Relevant administrative experience.
Key Performance Areas
Assist in contract administration relating to Human Settlement development projects; Provide support to Senior Admin Officer and Assistant Director: Contract Administration; Assist with auxiliary and general support function; Assist with Human Resources related matters.
Competencies
A good understanding of the following: Basic office administration; Basic knowledge of Housing Code; Basic knowledge of the Housing Amendment Act (Act 4 of 2001);
Knowledge of filing system and record keeping. Skills needed: Good Listening; Written and verbal communication;Organisational; Problem Solving; Ability to work under pressure; Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
Remuneration
R 216 417 per annum (Salary Level 5)
