PSG Konsult Ltd is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to be based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal

Job description:

The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.


  • Implementing new investments
  • Handling withdrawals on platforms
  • Handling switches
  • Compliance management
  • Monthly review schedules
  • Life companies to facilitate quotes

  • Interact, manage and provide effective client service
  • Implement new business
  • Prepare client files
  • Process client queries and instructions
  • Maintain the CRM system

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • RE 5 (Advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years experience with asset management platforms
  • Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs)

Skillset Required:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Initiative
  • Adaptable and fast learner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good administration, organisation, and planning skills
  • Able to handle admin pressure
