The novice technical support representative will handle customer calls, offering expert guidance and advice. The ideal candidate must possess robust customer service skills and feel at ease applying them in a high-volume call setting.
Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, handling complaints, and responding to inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. Additionally, representatives should have the ability to explain technical aspects to customers using easily understandable language.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in IT / Computer science or Business Administration
- Unemployed
- 18-34 years of age
Duties & Responsibilities
- Update and create product documentation (e.g. user guides)
- Package technical resolutions into easy-understandable posts that can be shared with community of users
- Assist with customer tickets and investigations
- Assist with helpdesk administration
- Assist with helpdesk master data cleanup
