Henwil Chickens is looking for an individual with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Someone who can work in a structured and systematic manner. Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 year’s administrative experience is required and experience in retail will be advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Task and deadline orientated with excellent planning, organising, prioritising and time management skills.

  • Excellent literacy and numerical skills with an accurate working ability and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent reliable standard of work and act in the best interest of the company.
  • Ability to demonstrate a systematic working ability.
  • Computer literate with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ordering and distribution of necessities.
  • Ordering and managing of the office stationery.
  • Responsible for admin related to the Henwil Chickens Retail Store as well as the Galito’s section.

  • Assist with the administration with regards to the staff e.g. timesheets or HR forms.
  • Office administration like filling, record-keeping, obtaining signatures and any ad hoc clerk duties as given through by management.
