Junior Sales Administrator post available at Mama Money

The Junior Sales Administrator, will play a key role in driving growth, profitability and shaping the company position as a market leader in the industry.

As our Junior Sales Administrator at Mama Money you will:

  • Manage agent queries and assist in investigations and outcomes with the help of other supportive stakeholders.
  • Manage sales processes and controls within key strategic projects within the sales team.
  • Manage expense allocation processes with various stakeholders. 

  • Manage agent onboarding and assist in training processes on various systems. 
  • Manage agent offboarding and processes. 
  • Assist with all new product roll out testing and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and assist in field activations, outreaches and events. 
  • Assist in agent reward and happiness projects. 
  • Assist in market research and executing agent surveys.

  • Assist in Agent communications.
  • Manage fleet expenses, cell phone contracts and airtime allocations.
  • Assist in weekend/monthly agent Incentive coordination.
  • Be present in the field. 
  • Assist in Marketing material distribution and controls. 
  • Report directly into the Sales Operations Manager

In your first 90 days at Mama Money you will:

  • Get to know the team – from senior positions to field agents. Everyone matters.
  • Travel to key destinations in Cape Town to understand our environment/operation, our competition and our customers.
  • Manage all administrative processes to key projects.
  • Manage support agent queries process efficiencies and controls.

  • Assist in agent recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and training processes. 
  • Have a good understanding of our product and value proposition compared to competitors.
  • Drive agent education and feedback to Customer Growth.
  • Work on various systems and agent management tooling.

It would be a bonus if:

  • It would be a bonus if you have experience working within the fintech space or at a rapidly scaling startup, as this will provide additional insights and familiarity with the industry landscape.
  • It would be a bonus if you have worked with sales teams and dynamics. 
  • It would be a bonus if you understand the different regions of South Africa.
